From the moment we stepped into Kenford Hall, a magnificent 4-bedroom manor house, with its adjoining coach house, swimming pool, and two independent guest lodges, we knew we were about to embark on something truly special.
Started October 2022
In October 2022, our client wanted to breathe new life into their historic property. The task was monumental with a complete transformation from top to bottom. From the main house to the coach house, every corner was to be reimagined and revitalised.
Completed August 2023
Fast forward to August 2023, and Kenford Hall had been reborn into a haven of luxury and sophistication. The entire property underwent a stunning transformation, thanks to meticulous planning and expert craftsmanship.
Design and Functionality
In the main house, the ground floor underwent a dramatic reconfiguration to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, perfect for modern-day living and entertaining. A glass extension to the living room bathes the space in natural light, while the second reception room and study received a stylish makeover, blending form and function seamlessly.
The lower ground floor has been designed for ultimate entertainment and relaxation. An extension and room reconfiguration resulted in a luxurious cinema, complete with a foyer boasting a bar and wine store with Corian backlighting. A games room leads the way to a gym, swimming pool, changing room, and an outdoor garden bar room, where memories are waiting to be made.
Ascending to the first floor, guests are greeted with two en-suites and dressing rooms, ensuring every visitor feels pampered and at home. The master bedroom boasts individual dressing rooms, emphasising the manor house’s luxury and sophistication.
