We’re positive that on first contact with us, you’ll receive friendly, expert advice ranging from effective space planning, to practical plumbing resolutions. Whatever your wish, we’ll be there for you each step of the way.

Our Process

1 Visit our showroom

We have an array of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms installed for you to view. We also have samples – from fittings and finishes to colours and substrates. It’s a great way to get inspired. We’ll be on hand to talk things through – and no, there’s no pushy salesmen. This is about having a cup of coffee and chatting about what you really want.

2 Survey

It’s really useful for you to have some basic measurements. So take a tape measure and perhaps even sketch up the space you’ve got.

Alternatively we’ll come to you, and take a full set of measurements and see what the rooms are like. It will make the design stage more accurate, and is a no obligation service that’s completely free.

3 Design stage

This stage is not about ‘knocking out’ a 3D design that’s generic. We’ll talk things through, think about the space and look at what encompasses all of your needs. This can take anything from an hour to three hours.

We can provide a chargeable design service that you can take to other suppliers and installers, too.

4 Estimates

Once you’ve got the designs and have made your choices about fixtures, fittings and accessories, we will provide a basic estimate. We’ll firm up the estimate in more detail a little later.

5 Installation

Once you have placed your order, we will organise your project for you and our team of experts will then begin with the installation. You can relax knowing that it is all in good hands and all trades are being organised for you and we will be in contact throughout to make sure all is running smoothly.

6 sign off

The design service finishes with a site survey, but only when you’re happy with the initial estimate and have a clear idea of what we can do for you. The survey will ensure there are no nasty surprises, either for us or for you. For example, we’d need to know about floor levels, walls that may need removing, where your water supply and plumbing is, access to power and so on.

No obligation

Take your time. Use us for design, estimates and queries. There will only be a fee where you have agreed to it.

Supply

H2H Interiors provides an end-to-end service when it comes to home interiors, and 90% of our customers use our design, supply and installation services.

However, we also appreciate that you may have your own preferred installers. We are very comfortable with helping you with the design, but also just the supply of the kitchen, bathroom or bedroom. You’ll still benefit from the manufacturer guarantees, and we will be able to provide bespoke pricing as well as the careful planning around exactly what components and fittings your installer will require.

Supply only

Once you’ve got the designs and have made your choices about fixtures, fittings and accessories, we will provide a basic estimate. We’ll firm up the estimate in more detail a little later.

At H2H Interiors we are highly experienced in the installation of kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms, and employ the wide range of tradesmen in-house to tackle every conceivable project. This can help the project run more smoothly, and to the agreed timeframe.

From a site survey, to a post-installation inspection, we take the correct installation of every element incredibly seriously. We leave nothing to doubt. Our staff are correctly accredited and insured for your complete peace of mind.

If you’re looking for an installer and have already ordered your products, then we may also be able to take such projects on.

We’ll install to the highest standards, and have 15 years’ experience and testimonials that attest to the quality of our workmanship.

We’ll provide a complete site survey, so that we all know what to expect – avoiding nasty surprises and making sure we can achieve what we say.

Manufacturer’s warranty

If you use us for the supply and installation, you benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty as well as our own. Using your own suppliers can leave doubt if something should go wrong.

Our warranty

You’ll get our end-to-end workmanship guarantee, so you’ll know that everything we’ve installed will be covered. We’ll rectify any issues, no quibble.

Environmental disposal

If we have to remove a previous installation – whether kitchen, bathroom or bedroom – then we will dispose of it in an environmental way. Note: we may charge for removal.
